Windows 10 Restarting Despite Settings To The Contrary!
How does HP install software and gather data? I have replaced the GPU, RAM & System drive on a W10 machine, and that didn't cause any ripples. I have done all the iconfig stuff etc. I upgraded FROM 16 gigs to 32 last year. http://longtermpolicy.net/windows-10/windows-10-restarting-stuck.html

IMHO: If you do IT of a small shop, if you don't need the latest & greatest features and you do need to be up 24/7, stick with Windows 7 for I totally hate how Win 7 uses up some of the 32 GB of DDR4 I'm running. Linux has had this for ages. not only this but in order to get network discovery to work i now have to disable my wifi !!!

In the devise manager it is there and "working properly" but I can't open it. Veteran Windows 7 users may still not be convinced they want to deal with so many changes that may not add any value for them.
