Can see thru lines but it's no fun. At the time, I could restart and it worked fine for a couple of weeks.

The unit was returned to me about a week later and the only thing that was done was that the hard drive was reformatted and returned to it?s factory state. Can you tell me whats wrong and/or how to fix it?? Immediately when I close the notifications, it goes back to the same blurs. Most likely it will fail again soon.
First, I would probably try replacing the inverter. I'll never ever buy a Sony Vaio laptop or recommend it to anyone after my experience with this expensive laptop and their service centres. About the mouse, i've tried a regular microsoft mouse and a friend of mine - with the same problem - uses a wireless one. sent it to the SONY service center once and the guys out there told the motherboard is gone and I need to shell out 17,000 bucks to get it repaired. - Worked fine on external monitor………so I ordered replacement screen based on the Sharp LQ154M1LW1C which was in there…..new one came (samsung one compatible according to the company with the Sharp) and
