have you tried an sfc scan? Try renaming: C:\Documents and Settings\Jay Chang\Local Settings\Application Data\IconCache.db and then rebooting to reset your shell icon cache. OR it is part of your initial problem.
- I got sick of it and couldn’t use my PC when I wanted to so I started shutting down different services in task manager and guess what.
