In my case it was in C:WindowsSystem32. Eventually after logging in I would get the dreaded black screen. I found that the Event Log Service was hanging the startup due to corrupt event log files. Thanks so much Torkiliuz Virus Infected System Try Another!

So my antivirus had to delete the infected userinit.exe file, thus giving me a black screen at startup. so I just did the system recovery thingy and it actually work until now. Join the community here, it only takes a minute. It tells me immediately that the task manager has crashed.
