This has happened a few times in the last six months. So I can´t flash BIOS since it can only be done from windows, unless you have speciel tools. And everything seems working fine except the black screen. We have a chance to help the environment and stand up for local repair jobs—the corner mom-and-pop repair shops that keep getting squeezed out by manufacturers. Older displays are more likely candidates for such problems, as are very high res monitors that use new conections ( DP 1.2 daisy chaining two monitors can create problems) .
